The second release in Aeblerov's FORBIDDEN FRUITS: Vin de Table series. This one is a blend of stainless steel-fermented Souvignier Gris wine from Vejrhøj Vingård and Aeblerov's own wild barrel aged pear cider. A still product, with some residual sweetness, aromas of tropical fruit, gooseberry, green pear skin, and a touch of volatile acid for a wild expression.
