Reminiscent of the best of northern Italy’s light, zippy Lambruscos, this red pet nat is made from Triomphe grapes - a hybrid variety (originally created in the Alsace) that feels custom-made to ripen in Monmouthshire’s unpredictable climate. With a light fizz, sour cherry and red fruit jam aromas play out on the palate too, with a slightly herbal, peppery back-note.
