Davenport are true UK trailblazers, first planting vines in Horsmonden in Kent back in 1992. Certified organic in 2000, the original 5 acres under vine has now increased to around 16 comprising 5 parcels of land, 9 grape varieties and a multitude of soil types and micro-climates. Davenport's flagship white, this is a blend of 5 varieties led by Bacchus and Ortega with aromas of peach, elderflower and chamomile. Soft and creamy on the palate with citrus acidity, it makes for a superb aperitif.
