This crisp pale is all about the transformation of hops through fermentation, using expressive, ester producing yeasts. The flavours and aromas of whole leaf British hops are broken down and rebuilt into even more beautiful forms by microflora. This is a very different style of pale beer - it is dry and crisp with a percussive bitterness. An abundance of floral and citrus notes work to compliment the herbaceous and snappy cracked pepper base notes. A beer inspired by both Franco-Belgian and British brewing traditions.
