LA PETITE BAIGNEUSE - FOUTRAQUE
Located near Perpignan on the Mediterranean coast, La Petite Baigneuse represents the highest altitude vineyard in the Maury appellation, which means greater freshness and ventilation, and all the better to keep an eye fixed on the sea, which sits on the horizon 20 kilometres away. Today, the estate produces completely natural juices, full of freshness, and without sulphur.

After a challenging vintage in 2020, Philippe was in a position where he was able to produce only one red - a blend from all parcels on the domaine. A combination of whole bunch and de-stemmed Grenache, Carignan and Lledoner Pelut, macerated for eight days, pressed, then matured in foudre for a year and eight months. Fresh and fruity on the nose and packed with red berries, plums and a smooth, subtle spice.
