When Polly's found out they were getting their hands on a bucketload of HBC-1019, it just made sense to go for a full on three way flavour explosion with these incredible varietals. Citra and Mosaic bring a swagbag of juicy mango and passionfruit notes, but with the addition of 1019, a tonne of Valencia orange, peach and honeydew melon join the party, accentuating the drinkability of this incredible pale ale.
