Polly's aren't alone in their belief that Talus is a criminally underrated hop. As a direct descendent of Sabro, it has all the incredible stonefruit, lime and coconut characteristics that its parentage boasts, but with additional layers of fleshy white fruits - think lychee and longan fruits - adding a unique creaminess that lends itself perfectly to the New England IPA style. Polly's have paired it with the old stalwart Mosaic, bringing a swagbag of bright and punchy tangerine, berry and mango, along with a slight edge of herbal complexity for balance.
