The first of an ongoing farmhouse project which will develop and grow over the years to come. Using ex-chardonnay barrels from Meursault, Three Legs aged beer for 18 months. This process allows oxygenation and extraction of oak components to create a rich base. They then blended in a fresh beer with Barley, Spelt, Rye and Wheat to add softness and grain character. The result is a sour, complex and moreish beer, perfect for sharing.
