Two Flints have loved everything they've used so far from Crosby Hops, so they decided to showcase Crosby's Strata T90, Strata CGX and Azacca T90 in a pale ale that punches more like an IPA. A new yeast strain was utilised providing big peach esters and a beautiful milky haze. We're getting blood orange, juicy nectarine, grapefruit zest and pineapple chunks.
