A super dry rustic Farmhouse Table Beer brewed at Verdant in collaboration with Ideal Day Family Brewery. Verdant have utilised raw unmalted wheat and Golden Promise malted barley alongside an exquisite lot of Hallertauer Blanc hops, but it's the expressive yeast character that leads the charge with this one. Rustic and beautiful.
