A base of Munich and Vienna malts were layered with a mix of speciality malts to create a rich wort that Burnt Mill whirlpooled with Cocoa husks to amplify the chocolate notes from the malts. Fermentation with lager yeast and cold conditioning resulted in a beautifully rich and smooth chocolate character in this easy drinking porter.
