Camillo Donati produces outstanding natural fizz in the Ancestral Method from biodynamically farmed vineyards in Emilia Romagna. The wines are lively and incredibly vinous, making them great for food pairing. They are bottled unfined and unfiltered so will be cloudy, and are also vegan friendly.
 
This is Lambrusco as it should be! Bursting with life and resplendent black, blue and red fruited joy. Fruity and tangy, this dry, high-quality version of this famous sparkling red is best served slightly chilled. Delicate bubbles, dense ruby colour, intense body, but a crisp finish. A really perfumed bouquet, generous and full with plum, cherry and raspberry aromas, plenty of dark currants and aromatic herbs with a pleasant spiciness on the finish. This is seriously dangerous drinking.
