Chateau Mourgues du Gres is owned by former journalist Francois Collard and is located at Beaucare in the appellation of the Costieres de Nimes on the border of Languedoc and Provence. Certified Biodynamic, in both the vineyard and the cellar, all actions are guided by listening to nature, and respecting the terroir and the environment. Made from Biodynamic Syrah, Grenache and Mourvedre, Galets Rosés is a gourmet rosé with a beautiful aromatic complexity. Fruity and mineral, it unites elegance and freshness. Dark pink in colour, with aromas of strawberry, raspberry, citrus and mint. Dry, fruity and crisp on the palate, it's a big hit of strawberry, cherry and melon, complemented by a hint of pepper. Minerality comes through with a good burst of acidity for a fresh finish.
