Brewed in collaboration with San Sebastian's Gross Brewery, bringing together our own native varieties with the unique identity and terroir of the Basque Country. Cascade hops sourced from Pepo's Hops in Azpeitia, hand delivered by Head Brewer Beinat, provide vibrant notes of pink grapefruit and citrus with a delicate floral-spicy undertone. Cloudwater decided that British-grown Admiral hops with their bold orange notes and herbal finish would be a fine partner. Rounding off with Hallertau Blanc and Lorien for an extra punch of fresh citrus and soft wildflowers. Maintaining a hop bill with a core of European noble hop lineage. ¡Topa!
