Brewed as part of their Singularity Series, Makkuro is Gravity Well's first ever imperial stout brewed without adjuncts. They've made stouts with cacao, coconut, vanilla, blueberry, ginger - all sorts. Whenever they did, there was a little voice saying "but it's so delicious as it is, why not just leave it?" So this time they listened to that voice and created a deliciously drinkable imperial stout using nothing but the finest malts they could get their hands on. Not a doughnut in sight.
