A Munich Helles style lager that’s low in bitterness and brewed using Extra Pale, Cara and Munich malts for just a hint of maltiness. Brewed using a traditional bottom fermenting lager yeast and hopped principally with German Saaz. It also features a small addition of some zesty American hops at the end, just for a little zing. Not too much so that it strays into Pale Ale territory, but just enough to tickle the tastebuds.
