This is a delightful little Pale ale full of summer flavours, like sunshine in a can! Pleasant and tantalising wafts of zingy Lime rise out the glass thanks to the presence of Motueka in the brew, followed by waves of dank Pineapple, pulpy Mango and Passionfruit. The beer ends with a satisfying and earthy trademark Galaxy finish, nicely balancing out all the sticky, tropical flavours which Simcoe brings to the table to create a Pale brimming with flavours which work perfectly in harmony together.
