A vinous farmhouse sour. Brewed in collaboration with Balance Brewing & Blending. A blend of two versions of the same turbid-mashed base beer, fermented in barrel with both breweries' respective house cultures. Two parts of Rioja barrel aged ale with second use Shropshire plums to one part from one of Wilderness' favourite sour-producing Bordeaux barrels.
