Beak brewed this DIPA with their longtime pals Fast Fashion from Seattle, when they trekked all the way over to Lewes for Beak's These Hills festival. It showcases Anchovy, an experimental hop from Segal Ranch in Washington, paired with Citra and Motueka, bringing flavours of watermelon jolly ranchers, yellow starburst and lemon sherbert.
