DDH IPA. The latest iteration of The Beak’s mercurial house IPA was nomadically brewed with their friends at Burning Sky with London Fog yeast and three favourite hop varieties, Citra, Mosaic and Idaho 7, resulting in fruit bubblegum flavours of mango, orange peel, pineapple and ripe flat peaches.
