On June 8th, Bluntrock hosted Yakima Chief Hops for the largest UK workshop they've ever held; over 30 breweries from across the South West met to talk sustainability, innovation and hop breeding. To celebrate, Bluntrock and YCH teamed up to brew Yakima Dreams. Dave and Ruben from YCH took lead on the choice of hop varieties and created a MASSIVE six-hop lineup: Chinook, Ekuanot, Dolcita, Krush, Talus, and Idaho 7. They also broke out their new liquid extracts: Dynaboost and Hyperboost; liquid hop products, made out of 100% hops, which give much more focused hop characteristics and aromas. The result? DREAMY!
