The idea is to have a super crisp and clean base with which to highlight hops to their fullest, by cold-fermenting IPA with lager yeast. We’ve gone for 3 classic Cs - Cascade, Chinook & Citra - for a zesty grapefruit, spiced pine & lychee buzz.
