Multi award-winning premium medium sparkling cider. Made from Cox, Russet and Bramley apples hand-picked from the orchards at Cryals Farm in Kent. Carefully fermented in small batches and skilfully blended after 6-24 months maturation in vats. Delightfully fresh with a creamy bead of bubbles and a super balance of crispness and fruitiness. Very full in the mouth with a lovely touch of sweetness on the finish. Enjoy chilled on its own or with pork or lightly spiced dishes and blue cheeses. A genuine alternative to sparkling wine.
