Coming in at that magic ABV where everything just works so well together, Polly's laid the foundations of this beer with a hearty hot side addition of Citra BBC pellets; specifically designed for hot side usage and bringing a bright, zippy bitterness to proceedings. Layered on top of this is a four way dance of varieties that are massive favourites at Polly’s. Talus hits with a smack of pink grapefruit to accentuate the undercurrent of bitterness, before Citra Lupomax, Simcoe and Sabro bring ultra juicy citrus, stonefruit, and tropical notes to the party.
