Multi award-winning premium dry sparkling cider. Made from Cox, Russet and Bramley apples hand-picked at Cryals Farm in Kent. Carefully fermented in small batches and skilfully blended after 6-24 months maturation in vats. A refined cider, beautifully crisp and light with a delicate apple flavour and a fine stream of bubbles. It's a genuine alternative to sparkling wine. Enjoy chilled on its own or with canapes, white meats and hard cheeses. It's also perfect with a dash of Aperol for a summertime twist on the traditional spritz.
