A big juicy DDH IPA absolutely brimming with bucketfuls of hops, brewed with Eugene from Totopia Brewery in Nagoya, Japan. A double dose of Chinook, Centennial, Enigma, Citra, Simcoe and Ariana combine with some extra Centennial in the boil and Chinook in the whirlpool for an extra layer of spice and peppery herbaceousness to balance notes of peach ring sweets, lime and white grape skin. A perfectly balanced bitterness that makes you want to go back for more. Kanpai, tomodachi!
