This new IPA explores the relationship between hop and yeast expression. Citra drives its classic notes of grapefruit and candied citrus peel, while Nelson layers in sauvignon blanc character; gooseberry and white grape. Co-fermentation with two complementary yeast strains amplifies hop derived floral terpenes, pushing aromatics to the forefront while maintaining clarity and balance, all wrapped in a soft texture and clean finish.
