Germany's most northern brewery, Flensburger, is located on the shores of the Baltic near the Danish border. The brewery is still operating its own water well, supplied by an underground vein of melting Ice Age water sourced from Scandinavia. Masterfully brewed and carefully refined according to the original recipe from 1955 with selected ingredients, Edles Helles matures calmly in cool storage cellars until it wakes up with a pop after being filtered to a brilliant shine.
