Taking no liberties on the hop bill, they've gone for two absolutely huge statement hops - Polly’s stalwart Simcoe and every brewer’s favourite hype hop Strata bring a metric tonne of juicy stone fruit and berry notes, backed up with intense passionfruit, bright tropical fruits, and that dank weediness that makes Strata so unique.
