Hastings Project's new core Helles is a decoction mashed, aromatic take on the classic style, with a large late addition of Saaz, spelt malt in the grist for softness and body and 28 days lagering for the cleanest of finishes. Crisp and quaffable. Profits from this beer will go to the Association of Carers, a fantastic organisation which supports unpaid carers across East Sussex.
