The inspiration for this Field Beer comes from the farm and fields in Cornwall where the brewery is based. Ideal Day set out to create the perfect balanced drinking beer, crisp and refreshing with depth of flavour. Simplicity and complexity all in balance. Made from single farm British hops, heritage malted barley, regeneratively grown YQ wheat and fermented with expressive cultures. Complex fruity ester flavours, elegant structure and a crisp finish make this Field Beer its own unique style.
