Ideal Day's Wheat Beer is made with regeneratively grown YQ Wheat grown by their friend Fred Price from Gothelney Farm. The beautiful grains grown, coupled with his regenerative farming practices give this beer an elegant depth of YQ wheaty goodness. Ideal Day use the wheat in its raw state. Fresh from the field, cleaned, milled, and straight into the beer. Fermented with a symbiotic pair of yeast strains that give complex fruity esters and elevate the flavours of the British grown hops.
