Scenic Route is a crisp, hoppy and rustic lagered beer made using heritage malted barley and regeneratively grown YQ wheat. This combination gives the beer a beautiful depth of flavour. Ideal Day use single farm, UK grown, whole leaf cascade and Goldings hops, which together give a succinct, noble-like character with a distinctive herbaceous note. Fermented with an expressive lager strain that gives fruity esters and heightens the hop character. Made in the spirit of a crisp, refreshing lager - but Ideal Day's own style.
