Now based in Gippsland, Jumpin Juice allows them the freedom to explore parcels of fruit from all over the country. These are fun, playful, delicious wines to be drunk right now. Patrick Sullivan is known to throw away the rule book when it comes to winemaking, and Half Full is no exception. An absolute fruit salad of a wine, with white and red grapes both bringing their unique qualities to the table, and the combo is a delight. Juicy and fresh, with nectarine nuances and red berry notes intermingling in this complex, summery number. It's just joyous, tasty juice.
