Inspired by the Suffolk countryside, Little Earth Project's annual Hedgerow Blend sour is a celebration of the hedgerow fruits found bountifully near the brewery. In the 2022 blend, they used a mix of foraged wild plums, damsons, blackberries and elderberries, alongside the usual wild hops. It’s a perennial favourite, with the dry, slightly tannic finish balancing out with the intense jamminess of the fruits.
