A celebration beer for the recently named Dolcita, the hop formerly known as HBC-1019. Polly's were immediately drawn to the rich tropical, pineapple and creamy notes of this incredible hop, and decided it would be perfectly showcased in one of their Oat Cream beers. Paired with in-house favourite and similarly tropical hype hop Sabro, with a final flourish of stonefruit from the stalwart Simcoe, this is a decadent, rich, full bodied experience of an IPA and a delight from first sip to last. Contains Lactose.
