For Tam's fourth year Pomona Island selected a Bretted Saison from their barrel library, aged for 4 years in Grenache Barrels. Whole Kentish plums underwent carbonic maceration before being blended with the dry, funky ale. A cold steep of Oolong Tea brings a mellow tannin and a light toastiness to compliment the barrel character.
