An IPA, brewed with Villages, with extra pale and spelt malt, wheat and oats for a pillowy structure. A hot side addition and aroma steep of Citra, active fermentation dry hop of Galaxy and dry hop of Luna all combine to bring passionfruit, ripe mango and bright citrus zest, with a good dose of bitterness.
