Aromatic varieties were whole-bunch pressed before fermentation in stainless steel and Georgian Qveveri. Primarily Muller Thurgau and Auxerrois. The remainder is a combination of Faberrebe, Huxelrebe, Ortega, Pinot Noir and Bacchus. Fresh citrus aromatics of lime and elderflower blossom, with a gentle stony minerality. The palate offers focused acidity, white stone fruit, and a gentle grip from the Ortega fermented in clay.
