A blend of Gamay, Pinot Noir, Pineau d’Aunis and Manzoni Bianco, all grown on the Tillingham Estate, all picked the same day and directly pressed. Part fermented in stainless steel and in bottle. A grown up Pet Nat. Damsons, cherry and a hint of spice on the nose lead into a tart, crisp palate with weight and a hint of raspberry. Grippy and lithe with persistent mousse.
