Lean and fragrant natural white, a blend of Viura and half a dozen other grapes from an experimental vineyard in North-Central Spain. Slightly hazy, fresh and very easy drinking. Packed with tropical fruits and citrus, medium body and a long finish, this is not an overly complicated wine and is best enjoyed whilst socialising with a few plates of tapas.
