The second collection of phase haze beers, brewed with the wonderful Track, shift towards experimental NZ varieties alongside the established US star that is Citra. In this IPA Citra takes the lead bringing strong notes of mango and grapefruit alongside more complex New Zealand hedgerow notes and hidden tropical gems. Classy and decadent.
