In 2019 Ross-on-Wye pressed 5,000L of juice that was distributed equally to Oliver’s Cider, Little Pomona, Hogan’s Cider and Pilton Cider - each maker fermenting 1,000L in their own unique way. This is Ross' edition - the ‘control’ blend - a delicious, simple cider made with 80% Dabinett and 20% Browns Apple. A pure juice, naturally fermented dry cider blend that sets the standard for what great natural cider is. Balanced, full bodied and exceedingly drinkable.
