The Hastings Project is a Community Interest Company and non-profit brewery. They put all profits back into local social care causes and community projects. This is a West Coast IPA with big bitterness (60+ IBUs), brewed with their pals at Villages. A malt bill including Rye, Crystal Rye and Munich gives a sticky sweet backdrop to large helpings of HBC630, Chinook and Simcoe. Dank, piney, jammy and bitter.
