This mixed fermentation farmhouse beer was aged in one of Burning Sky's oak foudres for six months, before further ageing on damsons, blackberries and blackcurrants. These fruits line the hedgerows around the brewery in early autumn, reflecting the seasonality of this beer. Balanced with the acidity of Burning Sky's house yeast culture, this is a delightful beer to have with friends.
