As long as there are birds in the sky, and hops on the bines, Pressure Drop will continue to try out new hop combinations for their soft and juicy pale ales. Vic Secret and Citra are the chosen two in The Gradients. Brewed with London Fog yeast, the results are peachy and piney, with subtle melon aromas and a subtle bitterness. The name was inspired by a train journey on the south coast, looking out to sea and appreciating the gradients within.
