Gather Together is made with Lemon Balm, a beautiful, citrusy herb grown just outside the brewery on the farm at Crocadon. It's a generous plant - early and quick to grow, delicious with a heady herbaceous aroma. Organic heritage floor malted barley and regeneratively grown YQ wheat are lovingly paired with the lemon balm. It takes the growers a huge amount of skill and care to create these carefully selected ingredients. Effervescent and crisp, Gather Together is refreshing with a lovely dry and balanced finish.
