New Theory. It's low-intervention wine, without the added junk. Picked from an old-block overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, Love Bite is a fresh beaujolais-style Cinsault from the Stellenbosch area. These old vines create a healthy concentration of red fruits, soft tannins and a moreish saline note.
