Inspired by the German Helles, The Kernel hopped this Lagerbier with Hallertau Mittlefrau. This plays homage to the German style whilst bringing a subtle, balanced, floral and herbal aroma and a soft spiciness on the palatte. Lagered for a minimum of 6 weeks, so expect a dry and very clean beer that has a light sweetness from the yeast and lager malts. The ABV is slightly higher than The Kernel's Pils Lager, but they couldn't resist the trad 500ml bottle servings.
