This is UnBarred’s Czech lager, created in partnership with Radim Zvánovec and inspired by the National Brewery of Czech Republic’s #YearOfTheLager movement. Brewed with inspiration from Budvar’s traditional methods including a decoction mash along with a careful selection of delicious hops, Fuggles and Saaz. The bready maltiness of this rich, complex lager from Carabohemian malt is balanced by a soft bitterness and floral, spicy hop profile. Subtle lemon and fresh cut grass on the palate with a burst of a light bitterness to finish. This is the true essence of a Czech lager, UnBarred style.
